Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.
The free consultation offered on our website is a no-obligation discovery call. Submitting the consultation form does not create any contractual obligation on either party. Agentrix reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client.
All custom automation systems, workflows, and code built specifically for your business become your property upon full payment as specified in your Service Agreement. Our proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Agentrix.
The Agentrix name, logo, and brand assets are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Generally:
Agentrix's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or data.
We are not responsible for downtime or failures caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, CRM platforms, payment gateways, etc.) that are outside our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of 2 years.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed proportionally. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Automation systems built by Agentrix, including AI-powered components, are designed to assist and streamline business processes. While we design and test these systems carefully, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behavior. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs where accuracy is critical (for example, financial documents, legal or compliance communications, and medical-adjacent scheduling) and should implement appropriate human oversight for high-stakes decisions. Agentrix does not warrant that AI components will operate without error or interruption.
